Rebuild is Happening

Sigma Nu's Housing Corporation has announced that their House rebuild plans are moving forward.

As you can see from this rendering the charm, character, and style of the historic Flushing property will be preserved.

Demolition and construction to begin soon. While the footprint and foundation of the house will remain the same, the square footage is optimized and more efficient. The design and code compliance upgrades will reduce the annual operating costs by an estimated 30%.
