Kevin Marion, President of the Housing Corp, used the construction drawings to build a 3D model of the first floor.. He then used the Floorplanner software to stage the house with furniture, flooring and decorations to make it look move-in ready. He hopes this inspires the Actives and the Alumni as we begin the process of deciding the actual content for our new house. Insurance makes it "liveable " but we need to Make It a Home.
When you open the link you will see the 2D floorplan. Click on the 3D tab. Then click on the play symbol to take an automated tour. You may also manually look around in each room by tapping on the image as this is a 360 degree Virtual Reality file. Using a tablet is a great way to check out the house.

Sigma Nu's Housing Corporation has announced that their House rebuild plans are moving forward.
As you can see from this rendering the charm, character, and style of the historic Flushing property will be preserved.
