LEAD Guest Facilitators Needed

Currently, we are looking for Alumni interested in being a Guest Facilitator for future LEAD Sessions. For those who are not familiar with the LEAD Program, it is a series of sessions meant to teach Brothers Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, and Development. These sessions tend to last anywhere from    45 min to an 1 hr and 45 min. They usually consist of a mixture of activities and worksheets to provide meaningful lessons and takeaways for the Brothers. As a Guest Facilitator, you would coordinate with the LEAD Chairman on a date and time to conduct a LEAD session as well as what the topic of the LEAD session would be. Topics for the LEAD sessions are suggested on the Sigma Nu online materials for LEAD but topics can be any that can have an impact on the Brothers. The ideal location for LEAD sessions would be at Kettering but with planning it is possible to hold LEAD sessions off Kettering's Campus.
